About Lake St Loft
Lake Street Loft is a remodeled four-bedroom loft in the heart of downtown Boyne City, built for ski weekends, golf trips, boating getaways and multi-family weekends. The open layout has a chef’s kitchen with a gas range and an island, a living room with a fireplace, and a massive private deck for morning coffee or sunset drinks.
The rare part is the private 45-foot boat slip, two minutes’ walk away on Lake Charlevoix. Two king bedrooms, the primary with its own bath, and two queens sleep eight.
Good to know: the loft is on the second floor, reached by stairs only.
Boyne City and nearby
Boyne City is a small lakefront town at the east end of Lake Charlevoix. Downtown’s shops, breweries and restaurants are a few blocks from the public beach, the marina and the seasonal farmers market. Boyne Mountain is about 10 minutes away for skiing in winter and championship golf the rest of the year, and Charlevoix and Petoskey are each about 30 minutes.
